Food:

Breakfast: 2 x baked eggs with bacon

Lunch: duck leg in spicy plum sauce with cauliflower & broccoli

Supper: chicken & avocado salad

Snacks: beef jerky, square dark chocolate, mixed berries with yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), rosehip tea (1), dandelion tea (1), taste of perry

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut, yogurt
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes
