Food:

Breakfast: egg, bacon, portobello mushroom with garlic, tomato

Lunch: roast chicken with onion gravy, cauliflower, broccoli

Supper: potato with tallegio

Snacks: macadamia nuts, beef jerky, mixed berries with yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (5), coffee with cream (1), water (2), rosehip tea (1), red wine (1 1/2)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: blueberries, raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: yes

Lift heavy things: moving planters, turning compost

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  5 hours. Awoke in night with bad cramp in right shin. Interestingly had drunk a glass of coconut water, which is apparently rich in potassium, earlier in the evening and had a hunger for something salty later on.
