Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 31/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: seednutola with mixed berries and whole milk, 1 x hard boiled egg.

Lunch: buffalo burger & salad

Supper: duck leg in spicy plum sauce, cauliflower, courgette

Snacks: square of chocolate, beef jerky

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), rosehip tea (1), dandelion tea (1), small glass of perry

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: courgette, a few blueberries and raspberries, radish thinnings

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: yes
