Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 28/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomato

Lunch: cold roast pork belly, salad, tzatziki

Supper: chili beef, carrot & cauliflower; raw cocoa pudding (I made 1/2 the recipe quantity and only used 2 tablespoons of honey as the amount suggested in the recipe would be sickly sweet to my taste. Oh, and by the way, DON’T YOU EVER, EVER use agave… it’s extremely high in fructose which is very bad for you)  with mixed berries.

Snacks: beef jerky, 1 x Lindor choccie

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (4), coffee with cream (1), water (2), dandelion tea (1), coconut water (1), red wine(1 1/2)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: alpine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours

Play: Massage

Sunlight: Yes
