Food:

Breakfast: seednutola with mixed berries and whole fat milk, 1 x hard boiled egg

Lunch: steak, butternut squash, tomato, mushroom & garlic

Supper: prosciutto wrapped salmon with salad

Snacks: macadamia nuts, square of dark chocolate, raspberries with yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), white wine (1 1/2)

In the kitchen:

    • Fermenting: sauerkraut, yogurt
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes

Yoga

Lift heavy things:

    • Turned compost
