Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 21/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: 2 x baked eggs with chopped bacon

Lunch: steak, sauerkraut, butternut squash, tomato, beetroot

Supper: duck in plum sauce, mashed cauliflower, courgette

Snacks: baked raspberries and apricots with yogurt; sampled the seednutola to see if it was done; Lindor chocolate, spoonful of white chocolate & raspberry ice-cream

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), white wine (1)

In the kitchen:

    • Dehydrating: seednutola
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries

Exercise:
