Food:

Breakfast: egg, bacon, tomato

Lunch: steak, sauerkraut, butternut squash, broccoli

Supper: chicken & avocado salad

Snacks: yogurt with baked apricots and raspberries, couple of chocolates, couple pieces beef heart jerky

Beverages: black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), red wine (1)

In the kitchen:

    • Dehydrating: seednutola
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes, including walk around Ham Common, Lake Pier & Hamworthy Park
