Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 17/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast:  seednutola with fresh raspberries, dried cranberries and yogurt; small piece of steak and fried egg

Lunch: duck leg in plum sauce, butternut squash, broccoli, courgette

Supper: pork rillettes with salad

Snacks: raspberries, a few alpine strawberries and blueberries with yogurt; dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2)

In the kitchen:

    • Slowcooking: stock
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries, courgette, a few alpine strawberries (that the slugs missed), a few blueberries (that the birds missed)

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes

Yoga

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  6 1/2 hours

Play:

Sunlight: Yes. Caught a few rays when the sun broke through around midday
