Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 16/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: 2 x baked eggs with bacon, raspberries & blueberries

Lunch: cold pork with salad

Supper: chili beef, butternut squash, cauliflower, broccoli

Snacks: piece 100% chocolate, baked apricots and raspberries with yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2)

In the kitchen:

    • Slow-cookinging: making stock
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries, a few blueberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes

Yoga

Sleep/Rest:  6 1/2 hours

Play:

Sunlight: No. According to the forecast it is going to get warmer next week and on Thursday (yes, 10 days away) we will finally get some sun!

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Yes

Use your mind:

    • Blogged
    • Read (‘finished’ reading “Raw & Natural Nutrition for Dogs” by Lew Olsen, started reading “Raw Dog Food” by Carina Macdonald)
    • Investigating dog crates
