Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 14/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: pork patty, bacon, portobello mushroom, egg, tomato

Lunch: Tapas in La Tasca, Bournemouth

Supper: cold roast belly pork with salad, raspberries

Snacks: had to sample the beef heart jerky!

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), cappucino (1), water (2)

In the kitchen:

    • Slow-cooking: making stock
    • Dehydrating: sweet heart jerky
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes, including 2 hour walk.

Yoga

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest: 6 hours

Sunlight: No
