Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 12/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: devils on horseback

Lunch: roast belly pork with onion gravy, cauliflower, broccoli

Supper: chili beef

Snacks: strawberries & yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), red wine (1)

In the kitchen:

    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes

Yoga

Sleep/Rest:  5 1/2 hours

Play:

Sunlight: Yes. Went out early for a walk and saw some watery sun… before more watery stuff fell from the sky.

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Yes

Use your mind:

    • Blogged
    • Read
    • Watched final 40 mins of TV programme “The Men who made us Fat” which looked at how product marketing can seduce consumers into buying supposed ‘healthy foods’.
