Food:

Breakfast: 2 x baked eggs with chopped bacon

Lunch: buffalo burger, sauerkraut, butternut squash, tomato, beetroot

Supper: chili beef with cauliflower

Snacks: raspberries and yogurt

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), red wine (1)

In the kitchen:

    • Fermenting: sauerkraut
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: yes

Yoga

Sleep/Rest:  7 1/2 hours

Play:

Sunlight: A few glimpses

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Yes

    • Blogged
