Food:

Breakfast: pork patty, 2 x egg, tomato

Lunch: bacon wrapped buffalo meatballs with salad

Supper: beef adobe, cauliflower, carrots, courgette

Snacks: beef jerky, yogurt with strawberries and raspberries, cocoa nibs

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
    • Freezing: Raspberries

In the garden:

    • Picking: courgette, raspberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 1 1/2 hour walk, gardening

Yoga

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours
