Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 7/7/2012

Food:

Breakfast: 2 x egg, bacon, tomato

Lunch: steak, sauerkraut, flat mushroom, carrot, tzatziki

Supper: Selection of dishes at Spice of India restaurant in Wallisdown

Snacks: yogurt & baked apricot and raspberries; Lindor chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), glass red wine (1)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: belly pork (making bacon)
    • Air-drying: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)

Exercise:

Yoga

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  6 hours

Play:

Sunlight: Still raining… HARD

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: No. Small amount white rice with Indian meal. 1 x Lindor chocolate
