If only I lived closer, those meals need more investigation … I think they need testing out by a third person … just to make sure the quantity is sufficient. Sadly I have to get on my bicycle now and go to the local pub for dinner. . . no puds or potatoes mind.
I did lose a bit of weight yesterday, about half a kilo I guess as I went to a blood donor session. They need all the Grok blood they can get. Unfortunately their huge stack of biscuits and crisps had to remain untouched. Prior to this diet I would have rooted through and found and eaten all the bourbons. Because I’d done so well I rewarded myself with a tret at home… big piece of Turkish delight. The box still contains many more treats … I resisted the temptation to take these treats to share with others … after all it will spoil their diets. heh heh. best wishes … and prayers for the rain to stop, Richard

Well done for avoiding the poisons that the Health Service tried to force upon you in return for your fine Grok blood. But Turkish Delight, TURKISH DELIGHT! that’s a CHEAT not a TREAT (O.K so you are allowed an occasional cheat – that big box should last you until Christmas at the least 😉
TGIPaleo posted this yummy sounding recipe for Cookie Dough Brownies yesterday. Now that’s a treat. Not the whole cake mind you – you’ll have to share with friends (like us).
