Food:

Breakfast: steak, egg, tomato, strawberries

Lunch: beef adobe, carrot, courgette, cauliflower

Supper: spicy ribs and salad, yogurt with baked apricots and raspberries

Snacks: beef jerky, seednutola (fresh from dehydrator)

Beverages: lemon juice in water with bicarb (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), white wine (2)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham), belly pork (making bacon)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut, lemonade
    • Freezing: raspberries
    • Dehydrating: seednutola

In the garden:

    • Picking: raspberries, strawberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: on feet most of day

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours
