Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 27/6/2012

Food:

Breakfast: no grain granola and blueberries with milk, steak and grilled tomato

Lunch: chicken and turnip casserole, cauliflower, asparagus

Supper: smoked salmon salad with avocado followed by baked apricots and raspberries with Greek yogurt and teaspoonful of Manuka honey

Snacks: beef jerky, 2 dark chocolates

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Yes, including walking from Coy Pond to Bournemouth and back.

Yoga

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours

Play: 15 mins gentle rebounding whilst listening to podcast

Sunlight: No

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Yes
