Highly illuminating podcast in which cardiologist Dr William Davis, author of “Wheat Belly”, is interviewed by Abel James. Dr Williams talks about the evolution of wheat and the detrimental effects eating it has on our health and the machinations of the agricultural and pharmacological industries to keep us eating the stuff. The programme runs for 55 minutes. In the last 15 minutes of the interview Dr Davis talks specifically about cholesterol and heart disease and the effect eating wheat has on them.
