Food:

Breakfast: no grain granola with raspberries, blueberries and milk; hard boiled egg

Lunch: rib-eye steak and salad

Supper: creamy macadamia shrimp with cauliflower mash

Snacks: beef jerky, strawberries, aubergine and cheese crisps, square dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3)

In the kitchen:

    • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
    • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

    • Picking: strawberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 2 hours walk

Yoga

100-up:

  • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
  • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  6 hours (woke before dawn)

Play: 5 minutes on rebounder

Sunlight: Yes

Avoid trauma: Yes
