Food:

Strawberries and granola

Breakfast: no grain granola with strawberries and milk

Lunch: prawn and avocado salad

Supper: sirloin steak, tomato, peas, asparagus, cauliflower

Snacks: beef jerky, piece dark chocolate, amaretto ice-cream

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  strawberries, radish
      • Sowing in containers: radish, spring onions, parsley, turnip, beetroot, gerkin 

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 2 hours gardening, 1 1/2 hour walk, two shorter walks

Lift heavy things: took garden waste to tip

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  7 Hours sleep, 15 mins sat in sun
