Breakfast: pork patty, tomato, egg, strawberries

Lunch: duck leg in a plum sauce, mashed cauliflower, asparagus, peas

Supper: pork rillettes and salad

Snacks: apricot and raspberry crumble with double cream

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), red wine (1)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  strawberries, peas


Move around a lot at a slow pace: 3 hours gardening, 30 minute walk


    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  5 1/2 hours


Sunlight: Yes

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: peas
