Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 17/6/2012

Food:

Breakfast: pork patty, 2 x devils on horseback (just so Fremington Man could try ’em), fried egg

Lunch: crisp-braised duck leg with aromatic vegetables, spinach, butternut squash

Supper: pork rillettes and salad, apricot & raspberry crumble with double cream

Snacks:

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), dandelion tea (1)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  strawberries, radishes 

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 1 1/2 hour walk

Yoga

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor
    • 20-up major

Sleep/Rest:  6 hours

Play: No

Sunlight: Yes

    Devils on Horseback ? More like arch angels on hippos … total magic. And that crumble …. well, now we understand for the first time the expression ‘food to die for’. Brilliant, just brilliant.
