Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 16/6/2012

Food:

Breakfast: avocado and prawns with mayo

Lunch: Dorset Blue Vinney cheese, 2 x hard boiled eggs and salad

Supper: buffalo burger, grilled tomato, peas, mashed butternut squash; apricot and raspberry crumble with double cream

Snacks: dark chocolate, beef jerky

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), dandelion tea (1)

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating: Beef Jerky (some for Fremington Man to take home)
      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  peas

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Branksome to Branksome Chine and back via Branksome Woods and Branksome Gardens.

Lift heavy things:

Set 1

    • chair-assisted pull-up: 11

Set 2

Sleep/Rest:  6 hours

Play: learning to juggle with 2 balls

Sunlight: No but plenty of daylight

Avoid trauma: yes

Avoid Poisons: spoonful of mayo, peas

    • Socialising

Primal Challenge (avoid using p.c. after 7pm): Yes and no! I had turned the computer off but turned it on to view a friend’s holiday photos.
