Food:

Breakfast: avocado with spoonful of mayo, 2 x soft boiled eggs

Lunch: chili beef

Supper: brown meat crab salad, raspberries

Snacks: beef jerky, dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), night time tea blend (1)

In the kitchen:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Shore Road to Branksome Chine along the prom; Branksome Chine to Sandbanks and back along the sand.
