Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 13/6/2012

Food:

Breakfast: no grain granola with fresh raspberries, a few dried cranberries and full fat milk; 2 x soft boiled eggs

Lunch: buffalo burger, tomato, portobello mushroom, asparagus, strawberries

Supper: chili beef

Snacks: beef jerky, small piece dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  strawberries, broad beans, peas

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: walked barefoot from Branksome Chine to Shore Road mostly in the surf but a little on ‘soft’ sand (which was actually quite firm because of all the recent rain!)

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor with arm action

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours

Play: paddle in the sea

Sunlight: Sun put in an appearance late in the day so grabbed a few minutes on face.

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Yes

Use your mind:

    • Blogged
    • Took Mum down to the beach
    • Another attempt with the Son of Hibachi grill
