Food:

Breakfast: tomatoes, bacon & eggs

Lunch:

Supper: Dorset Blue Vinney Cheese & salad, strawberries & Greek yogurt

Snacks: square dark chocolate, tin of sardines in olive oil, jerky, macadamia nuts

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), dandelion tea (1)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  strawberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: Walked  barefoot along the beach from Shore Road to Branksome Chine. Walked through Branksome Chine Gardens (to Tower Road and back).

Walked 600 yards on tip-toe (foot strengthening exercise)

Lift heavy things:

Set 1

    • hand/knee plank: 70 seconds
    • right side hand/knee plank: 55 seconds
    • left side hand/knee plank: 60 seconds
    • wall squats: 25
    • wall push-up: 42
    • chair-assisted pull-up: 0

Grok Squat (hangin’ onto the balcony rail)
