Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 10/06/2012

Food:

Breakfast: no grain granola with strawberries, blueberries and milk, two soft-boiled eggs

Lunch: steak, sauerkraut, mashed squash, peas, cauliflower

Supper: devils on horseback, salad with anchovies

Snacks: jerky, Greek yogurt & manuka honey, macadamia nuts

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (0), water (3), dandelion tea (1), nettle tea (1)

In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  peas, strawberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: barefoot walk along the beach (into the rain!) from Sandbanks to Branksome Chine. Branksome Chine to Shore Road along the prom.

Yoga: with a buddy

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours

Play: learning to juggle

Sunlight: No but plenty of fresh air!

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: peas

    • Blogged
    • reading (Field Guide to Getting Lost)
    • Boot Camp puzzles
