Food:

Breakfast: 2 x soft boiled eggs

Lunch: rump steak, sauerkraut, cauliflower, broad beans (outer skins removed)

Supper: Dorset Blue Vinney cheese and salad with anchovies

Snacks: jerky, strawberries and blueberries, 1 x lindt chocolate, macadamia nuts (sea air makes you hungry!)

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (3), dandelion tea (1), nettle tea (1), night time blend tea (1)

 In the kitchen:

      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking:  broad beans, strawberries

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: lots of walking including from Branksome Chine to Shore Road along the shore line and back.

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor
    • additional reps while waiting at bus stops (makin’ up for missing practice the last couple of days)

Sleep/Rest:  7 hours

Play: Down to the beach for a paddle

Sunlight:  Yes

Avoid trauma: Yes

Avoid Poisons: Broad beans

    • Working out how to get to and from Branksome Chine by bus
