Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 5/6/2012

Food:

Breakfast: 2 x hard boiled eggs, slice ham, piece cheese

Lunch: sausage, bacon, broad beans, small side salad, pickled cabbage

Supper: roast chicken, roast pork, a few mixed vegetables

Snacks: dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (0), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (2), dandelion tea (0)

Hunter/Gathering:

Watching the pennies:

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating:
      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking: 
      • Planting:

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 1 1/2 hour walk through Black Bank Brook and around Foxt

Lift heavy things:

Yoga

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest: no sleep

Play:

Sunlight: Overcast but did get plenty of daylight

Avoid trauma: Yes.

Avoid Poisons: shop bought sausages and bacon (nitrates & rusk), broad beans

Use your mind:

    • Blogged
    • Socialised: visiting in-laws

Primal Challenge (avoid using p.c. after 7pm): No. Asked to install virus checker on m-i-l laptop. While I was about it I did a system tidy up too.

Anne’s Primal Challenge (100-up): Yes.

Concessions: Diet generally as away from home – but doin’ the best we can.
