Supper: chicken in soy sauce, stir-fry broccoli, minced beef filled omlette (at in-laws)
Snacks: dark chocolate, beef jerky (lots!)
Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (0), water (2), dandelion tea (0), Starbucks cappuccino (1)
- Mother-in-law gave us a jar of local honey

Sleep/Rest: circa 6 hours sleep
Sunlight: Overcast but did get plenty of daylight

Avoid Poisons: cheap soy sauce

- Socialised: visiting in-laws
