Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 4/6/2012


Breakfast: 2 x baked eggs with bacon, 1/2 avocado, a few strawberries


Supper: chicken in soy sauce, stir-fry broccoli, minced beef filled omlette (at in-laws)

Snacks: dark chocolate, beef jerky (lots!)

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (0), water (2), dandelion tea (0), Starbucks cappuccino (1)


      • Mother-in-law gave us a jar of local honey

Watching the pennies:

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating:
      • Curing: leg of pork (making air-dried ham)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking: 
      • Planting:


Move around a lot at a slow pace: 2 1/2 mile walk at Froghall Wharf

Lift heavy things:


    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Sleep/Rest: circa 6 hours sleep


Sunlight: Overcast but did get plenty of daylight

Avoid trauma: Yes.

Avoid Poisons: cheap soy sauce

Use your mind:

    • Blogged
    • Socialised: visiting in-laws

Primal Challenge (avoid using p.c. after 7pm): No. The evening was the only time I had access to P.C.

Anne’s Primal Challenge (100-up): Yes.

Concessions: Starbucks cappuccino, non wheat free, fermented soy sauce.
