Food:

Breakfast: pork pattie, egg, 1/2 avocado

Lunch: beef burger, grilled tomato, asparagus, sauerkraut

Supper: prosciutto wrapped salmon fillet, raspberry and apricot ‘crumble’

Snacks: couple of my Easter egg truffles, amaretto ice-cream

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (several), dandelion tea (0)

Hunter/Gathering:

      • picked broad beans and peas for Mum

Watching the pennies:

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating: 
      • Curing: belly pork (makin’ bacon)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

In the garden:

      • Picking: broad beans, peas
      • Planting: tomato

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 45 minute walk, an hour in the garden

Lift heavy things: watering pots with watering cans
