Food:

Breakfast: prawn baked eggs

Lunch: pork chop, carrots, broad beans, grilled tomato, portobello mushroom with wet garlic

Supper: smoked mackerel salad.

Snacks: beef jerky, small piece dark chocolate

Beverages: lemon juice in water (1), black tea & milk (several), coffee with cream (1), water (several), pomegranate juice (1)

Hunter/Gathering:

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating: 
      • Curing: belly pork (makin’ bacon)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: several hours gardening

Lift heavy things: watering pots with watering cans, taking garden waste to tip, shifting bags of compost

100-up:

    • 30-up single leg preparatory exercise
    • 100-up minor

Yoga

Sleep/Rest: circa 5 hours sleep

Play:
