Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 24/5/2012

Food:

Breakfast: pork chop, egg, grilled tomato & lemon juice in water.

Lunch: Rump steak, carrots, tomato and sauerkraut.

Supper:smoked chicken & avocado salad.

Snacks: blueberries & strawberries; a chunk of my dark chocolate Easter egg; non-primal, poisonous ice-cream.

Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (4), pomegranate juice (1), honeygar (2)

Hunter/Gathering:

In the kitchen:

      • Dehydrating: 
      • Curing: belly pork (makin’ bacon)
      • Fermenting: sauerkraut

Exercise:

Move around a lot at a slow pace: 1 1/2 hour walk

Lifting heavy things: watering cans

100-up

Yoga

Sleep/Rest: circa 5 hours sleep. A hot & humid day so rested up in the shade for a couple of hours during hottest part of the day

Play: Epsom salt bath

Sunlight: Yes.

Avoid trauma: Yes.

Avoid Poisons: Amaretto ice-cream. Excuses: Bought this before going Primal. An expensive Italian made ice-cream (on offer, couldn’t resist!!) that was ice-cream of the year 2009/10. We couldn’t let that go to waste could we?

    • Blogged
    • Finished reading ‘Primal Body, Primal Mind’ by Nora Gedgaudas.
    • Research cider vinegar.
