Breakfast: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 boiled egg and prawns.
Lunch: Rump steak, mashed squash, petite petite pois and sauerkraut
Supper: 2 x sardines and tomato cooked on the griddle.
Snacks: beef jerky; blueberries & strawberries with a dollop of the Greek yogurt; a chunk of my dark chocolate Easter egg.
Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (>6), red wine (1)
- Peas from the garden (first of the year). Although the pods were swollen the peas were tiny. Maybe it’s the result of the result of the cranky weather we’ve been having. I’ll leave ’em a bit longer before I pick any more
