Breakfast:devils on horseback, blueberries and strawberries & lemon juice in water.
Lunch: 2 x 97% meat pork sausages, mashed squash, broad beans and sauerkraut
Supper: creamy macadamia shrimp† and cauliflower mash
† I substituted Greek yogurt for the cream – tasted great
Snacks: beef jerky; a cold sausage; a chunk of my dark chocolate Easter egg.
Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (5), pomegranate juice (1)
Move around a lot at a slow pace: gardening
Sleep/Rest: circa 6 hours sleep, 30 minutes on the recliner in the garden
Avoid trauma: Yes.
Avoid Poisons: breadcrumb and sodium metabisulphate in sausages. Sausages bought before going primal and frozen. There are a few left but I won’t be buying more when they’re gone.
