Breakfast: bacon & mushroom baked eggs & lemon juice in water.
Lunch: buffalo burger, asparagus, mashed cauli, fried mushrooms and sauerkraut
Supper: prosciutto wrapped salmon with an avocado salad.
Snacks: beef jerky; blueberries & strawberries with a dollop of the goats milk yogurt; a chunk of my dark chocolate Easter egg.
Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (4)
Move around a lot at a slow pace: 45 min walk
Lift heavy things: moved pallets and some old wood.
Sleep/Rest: circa 5 1/2 hours sleep, 30 minutes on the recliner in the garden
