Primal Anne’s Log Earth Date 20/5/2012 (a LHT day)

Food:

Breakfast: steak, egg and tomatoes & lemon juice in water.

Lunch: pancetta and fennel stuffed pork tenderloin, carrots, Dorset grown asparagus and broad beans from the garden follwed by apricot and raspberry crumble with double cream.

Supper: crab salad

Snacks: beef jerky; a couple of truffles from my dark chocolate Easter egg.

Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (4)

Hunter/Gathering: picked broad beans from the garden

        • hand/knee plank: 70 seconds
        • right side hand/knee plank: 45 seconds
        • left side hand/knee plank: 50 seconds
        • wall squats: 18
        • wall push-up: 30
        • chair-assisted pull-up: 8

Set 2

        • hand/knee plank: 60 seconds
        • right side hand/knee plank: 46 seconds
        • left side hand/knee plank: 55 seconds
        • wall squats: 20
        • wall push-up: 31
        • chair-assisted pull-up: 8
