Breakfast: pork & herb patty, home cured bacon, raspberries, blueberries & lemon juice in water (egg ended up on the floor).
Lunch: Rump steak, mashed butternut squash, English asparagus, homemade sauerkraut
Supper: Prawn, egg & avocado salad.
Snacks: Devils on horseback, beef jerky and a couple of truffles from my Easter egg.
Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (1), red wine (1)
Move around a lot at a slow pace: ’45 min circuit’ (to the park, around the lake and home again).
Sprint: Inserted 4 ‘sprints’ into my walk around the lake. Think Edwina from Ab Fab rather than Merlene Ottey.
Lift heavy things: Do watering cans count? 😉
Sleep: 6 hours sleep.
