Breakfast: 2 farm eggs, grilled tomato, home cured bacon & lemon juice in water.
Lunch: Chili beef with mashed cauliflower and English asparagus (good old M & S)
Supper: Pork Rillettes, coconut flax bread & organic butter, avocado, red pepper, celery and a few small radish from the garden
Snacks: Raspberries, blueberries, beef jerky and I finally broke into my dark chocolate Easter egg.
Beverages: Coffee & cream (1), black tea & milk (several), water (1)
Hunter/Gathering: Bought a tray of rump steak for £10 from Reynolds the Butcher in Poole Street Market. Cut it into 4 big steaks, 2 small breakfast size steaks and sliced up the rest for jerky.
Move around a lot at a slow pace:
Walked to Poole Street Market: 20 minutes each way.
Deficient. Again I awoke today before it was light (around 3.30 I guess, a common problem in the summer) so estimate only around 4 hours sleep.
Avoid trauma: Yes.
Avoid Poisons: No. Baking powder used for Paleo Bread contained corn starch & chemicals.
