Finally a break in the weather and a chance to get outside into the sunlight. I combined this opportunity to make some vitamin D with a walk (move frequently at a slow pace) which took me through Poole Park, around Baiter, along the quay and up the High Street. I probably didn’t make a whole load of vitamin D since it wasn’t warm enough to expose more than hands, face and lower legs! Still, just to feel the sun again made me feel good.
